'Vacation' at Our Midweek Muse
A force de réfléchir à quel endroit j'ai envie d'aller pour ce challenge, je réalise que malgré toutes les destinations qui me font rêver, Le Mont St Michel, La Dordogne, l'île Ré, la Corse...
Plus loin Florence et la Toscane, Pragues et Vienne, Amsterdam...
Et plus loin encore, Bali, Java ou encore la Thaïlande et le Vietnam...
Tous comptes faits, là où j'ai vraiment envie d'être, c'est chez moi, dans le midi de la France, au bord de ma Méditerranée.
After thinking about where I wanted to go for this challenge, I realised that despite all the destinations I dream of, Le Mont St Michel, La Dordogne, Ile Ré, Corsica...
Florence and Tuscany, Pragues and Vienna, Amsterdam...
And even further afield, Bali, Java, Thailand and Vietnam...
All things considered, where I really want to be is at home, in the South of France, on the shores of my Mediterranean.
Gorgeous work my friend. You make me want to visit.. but you are correct, home is always the best place for me too.
RépondreSupprimerWell, I think it's getting older that does it to me. My parents made us live far away from home for years. I've lived elsewhere abroad a lot too, but now I want to be where my roots are...

Sim - fabulous colors, texture and movement - really beautiful! And I agree - I'm happiest at home, but I do dream of having a houseboat or seaside cabin - that would be the best of both worlds. Vacation at home. 😊
