'Mama' at Digital Whisper
I spent much of my childhood with my family in West Africa, and I’ve always been fascinated by those babies who slept peacefully, with their mouths curled into little hearts, on the backs of their hard-working mothers. Whether they were pounding grain, carrying wood on their heads for hours, washing, or cooking, these children never cried and seemed to be truly savouring a state of supreme rest.

I love your beautiful picture of Mama and her baby, he looks so peaceful. And her smile and wonderful colorful outfit.
